Domestic shipments
We offer different courier options at checkout: JNE, J&T, SiCepat, Gojek Same Day, Grab Same Day, Paxel, and Lalamove.
International shipments
We offer a courier option with a flat rate depending on your items and destinations at checkout. Once reaching your country, it may take additional days for the package to be passed through customs. This additional time varies with each country. The buyer is responsible for custom dues and taxes.
Returns and exchanges
We hope you will love the pieces you have ordered but if the fit isn’t quite right, you have four days (once the order has been received) to proceed with an exchange.

-Items can only be exchanged into different sizes, and exchanges are subject to availability
-We do not provide pick up services; please note that any shipping fee, tax and customs charges incurred will be handled by the buyer
-We also accept drop off at our offline store Drunk Dad and Friends in Blok M Jakarta
-The items returned must be in the same clean condition as when you received them
-In the case of unknown manufacturing defects or incorrect items being delivered, we will cover the shipping fee
-Please note video proof upon unboxing must be provided
